Auckland's film boom – can it last?
It’s boom times for Auckland’s film industry with applications to film in the region set to reach an all-time high.
Studio space is also booked out for movies and tv shows being created for streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.
But with crews gainfully employed and studios full to bursting – the question now is – can Auckland sustain the growth?
